1. VIP Level Eligibility Criteria
Your VIP tier is determined by three core metrics: 30-day Trading Volume, Total Asset Balance, and Daily Average WOO Holdings. If you meet any one of the criteria for a specific level, our system will automatically upgrade you to that tier.

2. Calculation Methodology
To maintain a fair and transparent environment, WOO X Pro utilizes a randomized snapshot-based system for all qualifying metrics.
- Asset Balance (USD): Calculated and converted based on the last traded price. The system captures hourly snapshots at random intervals across Spot, Futures, Copy Trading, and Earn accounts.
- WOO Holdings: Captured via the same randomized hourly snapshot methodology across all supported products.
- Daily Averages: Your daily qualifying balance is the average of these 24 snapshots, calculated from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 (UTC).
3. VIP Tier Updates
- Update Frequency: VIP levels are recalculated and updated automatically every day at 00:00 (UTC+8).
- Tier Placement: If you meet the conditions for multiple levels, the system will always grant you the highest eligible tier.
- Dynamic Adjustment: Upgrades and downgrades occur in real-time at the start of each daily cycle based on your moving averages.
4. VIP Sharing Program (VIP to VIP)
Current VIPs on other major exchanges can fast-track their status on WOO X Pro.
- Immediate Access: Submit proof of your current VIP status on a competing venue to our Support Team.
- 14-Day Grace Period: Enjoy the equivalent WOO X Pro VIP benefits for 14 days while you transition your volume to our platform.
- Standardization: After the initial 14 days, your tier will be adjusted to match WOO X Pro’s standard eligibility criteria.
- Note: Each KYC-verified account is eligible for the VIP Sharing Program once.

Q: Do I need to lock my WOO tokens to qualify?
A: No. Any WOO held in your Spot, Futures, Copy Trading, or Earn wallets counts toward your daily average.
Q: What happens if my balance drops during the day?
A: Since we use randomized hourly snapshots, a temporary drop may affect your daily average. We recommend maintaining a buffer above the tier requirement to ensure status stability.
Q: Can I use the VIP Sharing Program if I am already a VIP 1?
A: Yes, if your status on another exchange entitles you to a higher tier (e.g., VIP 3), you can apply to be upgraded immediately.
