▶ Identity verification (KYC) tutorial

KYC (Know Your Customer) refers to the process of verifying a user's identity. Depending on the KYC level you complete, you will gain access to different services on WOO X Pro. To access the full range of features, including spot trading, futures trading, and higher deposit and withdrawal limits, you must complete the KYC Level 2 verification process.

WOO X Pro currently provides two methods to complete identity verification through the website or via the WOO X Pro Mobile App.

Method 1: Identity Verification on the Website

1. Visit https://wooxpro.com in your browser and sign in to your WOO X Pro account.
   If you do not have an account yet, you can register on the same website.

2. On the homepage, hover your cursor over your username in the top right corner and click "Account" from the dropdown menu.
   
   
    

3. With an unverified Level 0 account, you will not be able to withdraw assets from WOO X Pro. To enable withdrawals, you must complete identity verification. Click "Verification" to learn more about the different account levels.

   

4. Click "Verify Now" to begin the verification process.

   

5. You will be directed to complete Level 1 (Starter) verification. Enter the required information carefully and click "Confirm".
   
   *Your country and date of birth cannot be changed after submission and must match the information on your identity document.

   

6. With Level 1 verification, you will be able to deposit funds, withdraw up to 0.5 BTC daily, buy crypto, and sell crypto. However, trading features will remain unavailable.

   
   You may return later to complete Level 2 verification from the "Identity Verification" page.

   

7. To begin Level 2 verification, a QR code will be displayed on your screen.

   

8. Prepare the WOO X Pro Mobile App on your phone. If you have not downloaded it yet, you can find the download link in your profile Bio section.

   

9. Open the app, tap the scanner icon next to the search bar, and scan the QR code on your screen.
   The QR code is time sensitive. If it expires, return to the previous page to generate a new one.

   

10. After scanning, a new page will open. Click "Start", select your country, and choose the type of ID document you will submit.

                                               

    

                                                 

    

                                              

    

    
    *The country on your ID must match the country provided during Level 1 verification.

11. Once you select your ID type, your camera will automatically activate.

                                               

    

    
    *You may need to grant camera access permission. Tap "Allow" to proceed.

12. Take a clear photo of your ID or upload a copy. The system will automatically process your document.
    Do not refresh or close the page during upload, or your submission may fail.

    

13. After the ID upload is completed, you will proceed to face verification. Click "Continue" to begin.

                                              

    

    
    *You may be asked to allow camera access again. Tap "Allow" to continue.

14. Position your face within the on screen oval frame and follow the instructions until you see the message "Scan Completed".

15. Wait for the upload and image quality check to finish.
    Do not close or refresh the page until the process is fully completed.

    

    

    

16. Once finished, you may close your browser.

    

17. Return to the verification page and check your current status in your profile.

18. If the status shows "Verifying", it means your submission has been received and is under review. This process may take up to 24 hours.

19. Once approved, your profile will update automatically and your account will be upgraded to Level 2.
