If you have lost access to your email, phone, or Google Authenticator, please follow the steps below to reset your Google Two Factor Authentication.
To reset or unbind your Google Two Factor Authentication, you need to submit a support ticket. Before you begin, please prepare the following documents and information:
The phone number or email address you used to register your WOO X Pro account.

Clear front and back images of your ID card. All details including the ID number must be clearly visible.

A photo of yourself holding the front of your ID card and a handwritten note explaining your support request. Selfies are not acceptable. The photo, the ID number, and the note must be clear and readable.
Your handwritten note must include the date and a brief explanation of your request. Example format:
20190601 (yyyy mm dd) requesting to unbind Google Two Factor Authentication on my WOO X Pro account.
Information about the token with the highest balance in your WOO X Pro account or any of your recent deposit or withdrawal records. You must provide at least one type of information. We recommend providing as much information as possible so that the review can be completed faster.
A valid phone number or email address that our customer support team can use to contact you if needed.

Please note:
If you have not completed identity verification for your WOO X Pro account and your total balance is greater than 0.1 BTC, you must provide the information listed in item 3. If any required information is missing, we will not be able to approve your request to unbind or reset your Google Two Factor Authentication.
