Before you cancel your account, please ensure:
Your account is in good standing (no disputes, restrictions, or frozen assets)
There are no active services (Spot, Margin, Futures, Earn, or NFT)
All assets have been withdrawn, or remaining balance does not exceed 5 USDT
Steps to Cancel Your Account:
Log in to the WOO X Pro App and tap your avatar in the top-left corner.

Tap your account name to open the menu.

Scroll down and select Account Cancellation.

Tap Next to continue.

Tap the Cancellation button to finalize.
Important:
Account cancellation is permanent and cannot be undone.
Back up any important information or data before proceeding.
