While deposits sent to old addresses may still be supported for a limited transition period, WOO X Pro does NOT guarantee the successful recovery of funds sent to deprecated or old deposit addresses after the migration.
- Recovery, if possible, may require manual processing, additional verification, and extended processing time.
- In some cases, recovery may not be possible at all.
- WOO X Pro will not be responsible for losses resulting from deposits sent to obsolete deposit addresses.
What You Should Do
- Once services resume, generate a new deposit address before every deposit.
- Never reuse old deposit addresses saved in wallets or address books.
