Following the successful migration to WOO X PRO's new brand and deposit addresses over three months ago, the grace period for deposits made to old deposit addresses is coming to an end.
Effective from October 1, 2026, WOO X PRO will permanently discontinue token recovery services for assets deposited to old deposit addresses.
Please note:
- Your current account balance and assets will not be affected.
- Always use the latest deposit address displayed in Wallet > Deposit before making a deposit.
- We strongly recommend removing any old deposit addresses from your saved address book or withdrawal whitelist.
- Deposits sent to an old deposit address before October 1, 2026 (UTC) remain eligible for token recovery in accordance with our existing policy.
- Starting from October 1, 2026 (UTC), deposits sent to any old deposit address will no longer be eligible for token recovery and may result in the permanent loss of funds. WOO X PRO will not be liable for any asset loss resulting from deposits made to discontinued deposit addresses.
