We’re introducing the new Funding Account on WOO X Pro, a more streamlined way to manage deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers across your trading accounts.
Designed to simplify asset management across the platform, the Funding Account will serve as the central hub for your account funding activities, creating a smoother experience between Funding, Spot and Futures accounts.
What is the Funding Account?
The Funding Account is a dedicated account designed to centralize:
- Deposits
- Withdrawals
- Internal transfers
- Funding history and asset records
Going forward, deposits and withdrawals will primarily flow through the Funding Account before being routed to other trading accounts when needed.
This upgrade creates a more unified and flexible asset management experience across the platform.
Key Benefits
Smarter Deposits
Deposits will now default to the Funding Account, helping simplify fund management and improve transfer reliability.
Users can still choose their preferred receiving account:
- Funding Account
- Spot Account
- Futures Account
If automatic transfers fail for any reason, assets will remain safe in the Funding Account.
More Flexible Withdrawals
Withdrawals can now utilize balances from:
- Funding Account
- Spot Account
- or both combined
The system will intelligently prioritize available balances, reducing the need for manual internal transfers before withdrawing funds.
Easier Internal Transfers

with a unified transfer experience across the platform.
Improved Asset Visibility
The new Funding Account introduces an upgraded funding history experience, allowing users to better track:

What’s Changing?
New Funding Tab
A new Funding tab will be added within the Assets page, alongside existing account types such as Spot and Futures.
Updated Deposit Flow
Deposits will now default to the Funding Account, with optional routing to Spot or Futures accounts.
Updated Withdrawal Flow
Withdrawals can now draw balances from multiple eligible accounts automatically.
Unified Funding Records
A redesigned funding history interface will provide more detailed and organized transaction tracking.
Important Notes
- Existing user assets remain safe and unaffected
- Users can still manually transfer assets between accounts at any time
- Certain assets or account types may have different transfer availability depending on platform support
- Deposit and withdrawal behavior may vary slightly based on selected account types
