A deposit means transferring crypto from your wallet or another platform into your WOO X Pro account. Please follow the steps below to deposit assets from external platforms to WOO X Pro.
Website deposit
After logging in, hover over your email and click Deposit.
Select the crypto you want to deposit and click Deposit.
Choose the network (e.g., TRC20), then copy or scan the address shown on WOO X Pro.

Go to the withdrawal page of the sending platform.
Select the same crypto (e.g., USDT).
Paste the deposit address copied from WOO X Pro (or scan your saved QR code).

Make sure the withdrawal network matches the deposit network on WOO X Pro.
Example: if you choose USDT-TRC20 as the deposit network, you must also select USDT-TRC20 on the sender platform.
Enter the withdrawal amount and click Withdraw.
Deposit on the app
Open the WOO X Pro app and log in. On the homepage or from the Assets page
Tap Deposit.
Search for the crypto (e.g., USDT).
Choose the network.
Copy the address or scan the QR code and paste it into the sender platform.

Go to the withdrawal page on the sending platform:
Select the same crypto.
Paste the deposit address from Step 5 (or scan the QR code).
Ensure the withdrawal network matches the deposit network.
Enter the withdrawal amount and click Withdraw.
Notes
Deposit delays may occur due to blockchain confirmations. Please wait patiently.

The deposit network and withdrawal network must match, otherwise the deposit will not be credited.
Example: do not deposit TRC20 assets using ERC20 or other networks.

Make sure both the crypto and address match. Incorrect deposits cannot be credited.
Example: do not send USDT to a BTC address.

Some cryptocurrencies require a memo/tag.
If the memo/tag is missing or incorrect, the deposit will not be credited.
