There are two types of withdrawals on WOO X Pro: on-chain withdrawals and internal transfers. The example below demonstrates how to complete an on-chain withdrawal using USDT.
Website withdrawal
On the top right of the WOO X Pro homepage, hover over your email and click Withdraw.
Select the crypto (e.g., USDC), click Withdraw, and choose Send via crypto network.
Choose the network (e.g., ERC20), paste the recipient address, and enter the withdrawal amount. Then click Withdraw and confirm.
After clicking Withdraw, complete your security verification:
Enter the Google Authenticator (2FA) code
Enter the email verification code
Enter the SMS code (if it's required)
Then click Confirm.
Important:
Please ensure the withdrawal network matches the deposit network of the receiving wallet or exchange (e.g., both set to USDT-ERC20). If the networks do not match, your withdrawal may be lost.
Withdrawals on the app
Open the WOO X Pro app and log in. Tap Assets at the bottom right.
Tap Withdraw.
Select the coin and choose Send via crypto network.
Paste the recipient address, choose the network, enter the amount, and tap Withdraw.
Review the order and confirm.
Complete the security verification and tap Confirm.
Why is my withdrawal pending / Under Security Review?
At WOO X Pro, the security of user assets is our highest priority. To maintain an institutional-grade trading environment and comply with global security standards, our automated risk engine monitors all outgoing transactions.Occasionally, a withdrawal request may be flagged for a Routine Security Review. This does not mean there is an error with your account. Withdrawals may be selected for review due to:
How long does the review take?
The majority of routine security reviews are completed by our Risk team within 1 to 24 hours.What do I need to do?
In most cases, no action is required on your part. Please allow up to 24 hours for the review to be completed and for the funds to be broadcasted to the blockchain.
If our Compliance team requires additional information to verify your transaction, we will contact you directly via your registered email address.
Note: Submitting multiple support tickets will not expedite the risk review process, as these audits are handled sequentially by a dedicated security team.
