Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. If you have made an error when depositing assets to your WOO X Pro account, we may be able to assist with recovery depending on the nature of the issue.

Please review the information below before submitting a recovery request.

How to Submit a Recovery Request

Log in to your WOO X Pro account and contact Customer Support. Please provide the following information:

• WOO X Pro account email or registered phone number
• Transaction ID (TXID)
• Token/Coin name
• Network/Chain
• Deposit address
• Withdrawal address (if available)
• Amount deposited
• Memo/Tag (if applicable)
• A clear screenshot of the withdrawal record from the sending platform showing the TXID

For deposits with a missing or incorrect Memo/Tag, additional verification may be required. Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to make a small verification deposit from the same sending address using the correct Memo/Tag to confirm ownership.

What to Expect

Once your request has been submitted:

1. Our support and technical teams will review your case.
2. We will determine whether recovery is technically feasible.
3. If the request is approved, recovery will be performed following WOO X Pro's internal security procedures.
4. You will be notified once the recovery has been completed or if additional information is required.

Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on operational workload, blockchain conditions, wallet infrastructure, and case complexity.

Important Notes

• Not all recovery requests can be completed successfully. Each request is evaluated individually.
• Recovery is not guaranteed under any circumstances.
• Unsupported token or network recoveries are handled on a best-effort basis and only when technically feasible.
• Requests that do not meet the minimum recovery requirements may be rejected.
• Please verify the token, network, deposit address, and Memo/Tag carefully before initiating any transfer to avoid permanent asset loss.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting a recovery request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Recovery Eligibility
   Recovery requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee recovery.
2. Recovery Fees
   Recovery fees are subject to change based on market conditions and operational or technical requirements. Additional fees may apply where necessary.
3. Unsupported Assets
   Recovery of unsupported tokens or networks may not be technically possible. WOO X Pro reserves the right to decline any recovery request deemed infeasible.
4. Processing Time
   Estimated processing times are provided for reference only. Complex recovery cases may require additional time beyond the stated estimates.
5. Recovery Fee Requirement
   The value of the missing assets must be sufficient to cover the applicable recovery fee before the request can be processed.
6. Refund of Recovery Fees
   If a recovery fee has been collected but the recovery cannot be completed, the deducted recovery fee will be refunded.
7. User Responsibility
   Users are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Delays or unsuccessful recovery attempts resulting from incorrect information may not be recoverable.
8. Sensitive Information
   Never share your password, private key, recovery phrase (seed phrase), or any other confidential credentials with WOO X Pro Support. WOO X Pro will never request this information.
9. Limitation of Liability
   WOO X Pro shall not be liable for any loss arising from incorrect deposits, unsupported assets, missing Memo/Tag information, user error, or unsuccessful recovery attempts where recovery is technically infeasible.
10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOO X Pro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from or relating to your recovery request.
